Route 3045 First Street Closure Scheduled in Westmoreland County

​Uniontown, PA – PennDOT District 12 would like to inform motorists that a portion of Route 3045 (First Street) between First Avenue and Third Avenue in Sutersville Borough, Westmoreland County is scheduled to be closed for railroad crossing maintenance. The closure will begin Monday, July 24 at 7:00 AM and is anticipated to continue through Friday, July 28 at 5:00 PM, weather and operational dependent.

Crews from CSX Transportation, Inc. will be working on the track and surface of the railroad crossing. 

A posted detour will be in place utilizing First Avenue, Locust Street, Second Avenue / Sutersville Road, Lowber Road, Dick Station Road, and Route 3045 (Mars Hills Road / First Street).
