A portion of Interstate 79 northbound in Mercer County will temporarily close today for a vehicle recovery.
The roadway will be closed beginning at approximately 11:00 AM from Exit 121 (Route 62, Mercer/Franklin) to Exit 130 (Route 358, Greenville/Sandy Lake).
A detour will be posted used Route 62 and Route 358.
The roadway is expected to reopen later today once the vehicle recovery is complete.
Motorists can check conditions on major roadways by visiting www.511PA.com. 511PA, which is free and available 24 hours a day, provides traffic delay warnings, weather forecasts, traffic speed information and access to more than 1,000 traffic cameras.
