1:00 PM UPDATE: Upper Road / Hill Road is now open in Northumberland and Schuylkill Counties.
Montoursville, PA – Motorists are advised that Upper Road / High Road (Route 2044 / Route 4024) is closed in both directions between Route 125 in East Cameron Township, Northumberland County and Stein Road in Butler Township, Schuylkill County, due to a vehicle crash.
A detour using local roads is in place.
Motorists should be alert, slow down, expect delays in travel and drive with caution.
