Full Depth Reclamation Planned on Bear Hollow Road in Ralpho Township, Northumberland County

Montoursville, PA – Motorists are advised All Saints Road (T-462), Bear Hollow Road (T-800), and a portion of Happy Valley Road (T-302) will be closed in Ralpho Township, Northumberland County, for a full depth reclamation project.

Starting on Monday, July 14, 2025, Ralpho Township, will begin work on a full depth reclamation on Bear Hollow Road. Motorists can expect the following closures for the duration of the project. The project is anticipated to be completed in August 2025, weather permitting.

Traffic Impacts

  • Road closures include.

o   All Saints Road will be closed between Route 54 and Bear Hollow Road.

o   Bear Hollow Road will be closed between All Saints Road and Happy Valley Road

o   Happy Valley Road will be closed between Jepko Road (T-335) and Happy Hollow Road (T-313) in Cleveland Township, Columbia County. 

  • Motorists should use Route 54 and Route 487 to access and exit the Knoebels Amusement Resort and Campground
  • Mossy Point Campground customers will be able to access the campground from Route 54.
  • Local traffic will have access to their homes on either side of the project.

Motorists should be alert, slow down, expect delays in travel, and drive with caution. This project is sponsored by Ralpho Township, questions should be directed to the Ralpho Township Street Department at 570-672-2040.
