Bridge Replacement Project to Begin on Coryland Road in Columbia Township, Bradford County

Montoursville, PA – Motorists are advised that a bridge replacement project is set to begin next week on Coryland Road (Route 4031) in Columbia Township, Bradford County.

Starting on Monday, June 9, 2025, Coryland Road will be closed between McClure Path Road and Columbia Crossroads, while a Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) bridge crew begins work to replace the structure over Wolfe Creek. Work on the project includes removal of the existing metal culver, installation of a new box culvert, roadway reconstruction, paving, and line painting.

A detour using Route 14, Austinville Road (Route 4012), Sopertown Road (Route 4033), Route 549, and Hickery Road (Route 4036/4039) will be in place for the duration of the project. Work on the project is anticipated to be complete in August 2025, weather permitting.
