Uniontown, PA – Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) District 12 is announcing Route 1026 (Donohoe Road) in Hempfield Township, Westmoreland County, will be reduced to a single-lane of traffic beginning Monday, July 7 weather permitting.
Beginning at approximately 7 a.m. Monday, Donohoe Road will be reduced to a single-lane of alternating traffic controlled by temporary traffic signals between Georges Station Road and Autumn Lane through late August for slide repair work.
The Westmoreland County maintenance slide crew is conducting the slide repair work on this project.
All work depends on weather and operational conditions.
Remain alert and follow the posted signs and speed limits. Safety is everyone’s responsibility.
