Uniontown, PA – Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) District 12 is announcing that portions of the following state roadways are closed due to flooding and downed utilities:
Fayette County-road closures due to flooding:
· Route 3003 (Tom Cat Hollow Road)
o From Township 320 Road to Route 166 in Nicholson Township
Greene County-road closures due to flooding:
· Route 18
o From Delphene Road in Jasckson Township to Bristoria Road in Center Township
· Route 18
o From West Run Road and Tripp Hill Road in Morris Township
· Route 21
o From Rock Hill Road to West Run Road in Center Township
· Route 21
o From McQuay Road to Route 18 in Center Township
· Route 3009 (Toms Run Road)
o From the West Virginia State Line to Jollytown Road in Wayne Township
· Route 2003 (Wades Run/Big Shannon Road)
o From the West Virginia State Line to Wades Run Road in Perry Township
· Route 2003 (Wades Run/Big Shannon Road)
o From Bacon Run Road to Little Shannon Road in Perry Township
Washington County-road closures due to flooding:
· Route 2019 (Wherry/Vanceville/Almond Road)
o From Chestnut Street in Ellsworth Borough to Wherry Road in Somerset Township
· Route 2007 (Banetown/Scenic Drive/Hackney Station Road)
o From West Hillsboro Road to Dille Road in Amwell Township
· Route 2020 (Plumsock/Ten Mile/Hackney Station Road)
o From Ridge Church Road in Amwell Township to Little Creek Road in West Bethlehem Township
Westmoreland County:
· Route 136
o From Poverty Hollow Road to Evanstown Road in Hempfield Township
§ Due to downed utility
· Route 381
o From Club Stable Road to the end of Route 381 in Ligonier Township
§ Due to flooding
As issues are addressed, roadways will be reopened as soon as it is safe to do so.
