Uniontown, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is announcing the start of a curve sign installation project across Greene, Fayette, Washington, and Westmoreland counties will begin Monday, July 14 weather permitting.
Beginning Monday there will be single-lane restrictions controlled by flaggers each day, as needed, between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. through mid-August at various locations along the following roadways:
Greene County
- Route 18 in Center Township
Fayette County
- Route 166 (Hartley Hill Road/Republic Road) in German Township
- Route 381 (Farmington Road/Mill Run Road) in Stewart Township
- Route 711 (Springfield Pike) in Springfield Township
- Route 1050 (Quail Hill Road/Melcroft Road) in Bullskin and Saltlick townships
- Route 1058 (County Line Road) in Menallen Township
- Route 3006 (New Geneva Road) in Nicholson Township
- Route 3013 (Palmer Road) in German Township
- Route 4006 (New Salem Road) in Redstone Township
- Route 4022 (Labelle Road) in Luzerne Township
- Route 4028 (Grindstone Road) in Redstone Township
Washington County
- Route 18 in Mount Pleasant Township
- Route 231 (North Road) in Donegal Township
- Route 917 (Cokeburg Road) in Cokeburg Borough
- Route 2011 (Lone Pine Road) in Amwell and West Bethlehem townships
- Route 3023 (Old Brick Road) in West Finley Township
- Route 4008 (Eldersville Road) in Jefferson Township
- Route 4037 (Fort Cherry Road) in Mount Pleasant Township
- Route 4047 (Hickory Ridge Road) in Chartiers Township
Westmoreland County
- Route 982 in Mount Pleasant Township
- Route 1018 (Keystone Park Road) in Derry Township
- Route 2025 (Clay Pike Road) in Mount Pleasant Township
Crews from Bronder Technical Services, Inc will conduct chevron warning sign installation work. This work is part of the Curve Sign Project, an infrastructure investment of $132,000.
