Uniontown, PA – Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) District 12 is announcing active intermittent daytime single-lane restrictions with flagging on:
- Route 2017 (Beatty County Road) over Route 30 (Lincoln Highway)
- Unity Township, Westmoreland County
- Route 2021 (Jumonville Road) over Coolspring Run
- North Union Township, Fayette County
- Route 2047 (Little Creek Road) over Little Ten Mile Creek
- Amwell Township, Washington County
CH&D Enterprises will be conducting bridge preservation by repairing scour damage to streambeds and structures, along with related roadway construction – a $696,000 infrastructure investment in southwest Pennsylvania.
Restrictions are anticipated through October depending on weather and operations.
With flagging operations in effect, motorists should plan for extra travel time and drive cautiously through the work zones. Safety is everyone’s responsibility.
