Route 119 Fourth Street Single-Lane Restrictions and Intermittent Road Closures Scheduled to Begin Next Week in Westmoreland County

Uniontown, PA – PennDOT District 12 would like to inform motorists of single-lane restrictions on southbound Route 119 (4th Street) located in Youngwood Borough in Westmoreland County. In addition, there will be intermittent closures on the side streets that intersect southbound Route 119 (4th Street) between Hillis Street and Stouts Carpeting. Work is scheduled to begin, Monday, May 22 through Friday, June 9, weather and operational dependent. 

The traffic impacts will occur to allow crews to perform paving operations. Motorists should drive with caution through work zones and allow extra travel time.

Crews from Golden Triangle Construction will be performing the work.
