Uniontown, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation's (PennDOT's) Engineering District 12, along with the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), invites the public to participate in a public meeting to learn about the Route 1060 Salina Bridge Replacement project in Bell Township, Westmoreland County and Kiskiminetas Township, Armstrong County.
The public meeting will be held on the following date, time and at the location listed below:

A short presentation will be held at 5:00 PM followed by a plans display. Representatives from PennDOT will be available to answer questions regarding the final design plans, traffic control during construction, and anticipated construction schedule for the project.
The proposed project includes the replacement of the Salina Bridge that carries Route 1060 over the Kiskiminetas River and Norfolk Southern Railroad. A new bridge will be constructed downstream from the existing Salina Bridge, traffic will be maintained in both directions on the existing bridge during construction.
The in-person public meeting location complies with requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act and is accessible to individuals who have disabilities. The project documents will be made available in alternative languages or formats if requested.
