Southbound Route 65 Ramp to the Fort Duquesne Bridge Inspection Work Tuesday, Wednesday in Pittsburgh

Pittsburgh, PA – PennDOT District 11 is announcing lane restrictions on the ramp from southbound Route 65 to the Fort Duquesne Bridge (I-279) in the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, will occur Tuesday and Wednesday, July 8-9 weather permitting.

A single-lane restriction transitioning into a two-lane restriction will occur on the southbound Route 65 ramp to the Fort Duquesne Bridge (lower deck) from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day. All ramps will remain open.

Crews from Michael Baker International will conduct inspection work.                                                                          

Motorists should be prepared for changing traffic patterns. Please use caution when driving through the area.  Work zone safety is everyone’s responsibility.
