Pittsburgh, PA – PennDOT District 11 is announcing roadway improvement work on Hulton Road and Hamil Road (Routes 2078, 2126) in the Municipality of Penn Hills, Allegheny County will begin Monday, June 2 weather permitting.
Single-lane alternating traffic will occur daily from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. through late November in the following locations:
- Hulton Road, Hamil Road (Route 2078) – Between Saltsburg Road and Indiana Road
- Hamil Road (Route 2126) - Between Hunter Road and Hamil Road (Route 2078)
The prime contractor is A. Folino Construction, Inc. on this $8.62 million group paving project. Improvement work includes milling and paving, drainage upgrades, base repair, pavement marking installation, and other various construction related activities.
