The Department of Human Services (DHS) stakeholders* include individuals and participants seeking and receiving services, their authorized representatives, DHS staff, county workers, and business partners. Enterprise Case Management (ECM) is designed to provide stakeholders with a centralized, digital platform allowing individuals and their representatives to track case progress, contribute information, and participate more actively in service planning, all while access levels remain governed by role-specific legal permissions.
*Not all stakeholders are end users of the ECM system.
