    Early Learning Dashboards​

    Welcome to the PA Early Learning Dashboards. The Early Learning Dashboards offer a variety of data and information. Please use these dashboards to learn more about the different Office of Child Development and Early Learning (OCDEL) programs.

    OCDEL has temporarily taken the PKC HSSAP dashboard offline.

    Information about PA Pre-K Counts (PKC) and Head Start Supplemental Assistance Program (HSSAP) is available on Open Data PA (Pre-K Counts and Head Start Supplemental Assistance Program Funded Slots FY 2014-Current Quarterly County Education and Child Care Providers including Early Learning Programs Listing Current Monthly Facility County Human Services).     Navigating the data

    In order to navigate the dashboards better, use the following tips:

    • The filters selected will apply to each dashboard in the selected program.
    • Use the reset button prior to selecting a new filter.
    • Select a Map View prior to selecting a Map View Filter.
