    Infants, Toddlers, and Families Waiver

    The Infants, Toddlers and Families (ITF) Waiver provides home and community-based services, specifically special instruction to infants and toddlers, birth to age 3 who are experiencing developmental delay(s) as evidenced by a minimum of a 50 percent delay in one or a 33 percent delay in two developmental areas, and who need Early Intervention services.

    Financial Eligibility

    • Income limit 300 percent Federal Benefit Rate

    Functional Eligibility

    • Birth to age 3.
    • Experiencing a developmental delay
    • Eligible for ICF/ORC (Intermediate Care Facility for Persons with other Related Conditions) level of care
