| MACH 2: Mid-Atlantic Clean Hydrogen Hub Webinar The VP of partnerships and community engagement for the Mid-Atlantic Clean Hydrogen Hub joined the climate network to discuss the timeline and partners involved in the creation of a hydrogen hub for the Southeastern PA region. The hydrogen hub project is funded through the Dept. of Energy's $7 billion dollar program to develop hydrogen resources, providing a carbon-free domestically produced alternative to fossil fuels. | Guaranteed Energy Savings Act: A guide for Local Governments Wilson Engineering and former City Engineer for Harrisburg lead Climate Network members through an overview of the Guaranteed Energy Savings Act (GESA) and detailed the GESA LED streetlight project completed by Harrisburg in 2015. This is an important tool to build energy efficiency and clean energy projects for local governments.
