    Taylor Recycling Inc. operates an existing municipal waste transfer station (Taylor Transfer Station) located at 1000 Union Street, Taylor Borough, Lackawanna County.  Taylor Recycling Inc. has submitted an application to DEP for a major permit modification requesting to increase their daily tonnage from 500 tons/day to 1,000 tons/day.
