    Panther Creek has applied for an Air Quality Plan Approval Permit to combust a mixture of shredded tires as tire-derived fuel (TDF) at its electric generating facility located in Nesquehoning, Carbon County. The application proposes to include up to 15% TDF into the combustion process.
