    Keystone Cement

    Keystone Cement Company, a cement manufacturer in Bath, Pa., has applied for renewal of its existing Hazardous Waste Storage​ and Energy Recovery within Cement Kiln Facility permit, which includes previously approved modifications for a fuel mixing system, tank farm, rail car unloading area, and direct fuel transfer system.
