    Alliance Landfill

    DEP has issued a major permit modification to Alliance Landfill, a municipal waste landfill, to its existing Solid Waste permit to begin accepting residual waste, including demolition waste, that contains Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCBs) at its facility in Taylor, Lackawanna County.
