Title V Major Facility Operating Permit TV-65-00990
On July 11, 2024, the Department received an application for an air quality Title V operating permit to authorize the operation of the Tenaska Westmoreland Generating Station located in South Huntingdon Township, Westmoreland County. A 30-day comment period was open until November 3, 2025.

On June 30, 2026, the Title V Operating Permit was issued. It becomes effected July 15, 2026, and expires on June 30, 2031.
