    Enrollment in the MA Program allows LEAs to receive reimbursement for SBAP health-related services provided to MA-enrolled children who are under 21 years of age when those services are documented in the child’s IEP or IFSP.

    • Intermediate Units
    • Vocational-Technical Schools
    • Preschool Early Intervention Programs

    1. Complete the LEA Agreement to Participate (link).
    2. Enroll as an MA Program Provider Type 35 (Public School) 
    3. Sign up to receive SBAP communications through the ListServ here: SBAP Communications
    4. Complete required onboarding steps with the SBAP Commonwealth Contractor.

    Yes, The LEA would send a letter to DHS with information about their end date to RA-PWSBAP@pa.gov.

    DHS will inform the LEA of any impact to you’re their reimbursement for the fiscal year.
