SBAP 101 – Program Basics
Enrollment in the MA Program allows LEAs to receive reimbursement for SBAP health-related services provided to MA-enrolled children who are under 21 years of age when those services are documented in the child’s IEP or IFSP.

- Complete the LEA Agreement to Participate (link).
- Enroll as an MA Program Provider Type 35 (Public School)

Yes, The LEA would send a letter to DHS with information about their end date to RA-PWSBAP@pa.gov.
DHS will inform the LEA of any impact to you’re their reimbursement for the fiscal year.
