    July 2026 Approved Waiver Renewal for Public Comment

    The Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) is pleased to announce that the renewal of the Adult Autism Waiver (AAW) was approved by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS)  on June 11, 2026. The renewed AAW is effective July 1, 2026.
