    Demi Road Warehouse Project

    Site Background

    New Demi Road, LLC plans to construct a 420,000-square-foot warehouse along Demi Road in Upper Mount Bethel, Northampton County for storage and other operational purposes related to construction of the larger River Pointe Logistics Center project at the same location.
