    ​​​Blue Ridge Real Estate, Lot #2 Project

    Under the Authority of the Federal Clean Water Act & PA Clean Streams Law, the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) approves an application for a new Individual NPDES Permit for Discharge and Stream Water associated with construction activities. 

    Blue Ridge Real Estate has applied for a National Pollutant Discharge and Elimination System (NPDES) permit to construct and operate a 420,000-square-foot building along Route 903 in Kidder Township, Carbon County.
