Brockway, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) will hold a combined public meeting and hearing to discuss the proposed Municipal Waste Permit Application #101741 submitted by Greentree Rail, LLC. to operate a solid waste transfer facility located near 2520 Pittsburgh-Buffalo Highway (Route 219) in Snyder Township, Jefferson County, Pennsylvania.
