Consolidated Victim Service Program Standards

The Consolidated Victim Service Program Standards are a comprehensive framework established by PCCD's Office of Victims' Services (OVS) to guide victim service providers across the state. It outlines ethical responsibilities, service delivery expectations, and operational standards to ensure consistent, high-quality support for crime victims.

To better inform the field, OVS  launched a series of recordings to walk program staff through each of the consolidated standards.

These short recordings, up to 30 minutes in length, are available in the playlist below or on PCCD’s YouTube Channel. Each recording counts toward OVS's annual training requirements.

OVS Consolidated Standards Training Series

These videos provide short training on each of the OVS Consolidated Victim Service Program Standards. Each recording is part of the official training series and opens in a new window on YouTube. Links count toward annual training requirements.
