Montoursville, PA – Motorists are advised of a lane restriction next week on Route 87 in Forksville Borough, Sullivan County, for a bridge inspection.
On Tuesday, November 7, 2023 and Wednesday, November 8 2023, the contractor will be inspecting the bridge that carries Route 87 over the Loyalsock Creek, west of the intersection of Route 87 and Route 154. Motorists can expect a lane restriction with flagging while the contractor performs the bridge inspection using the underbridge crane. Work will be performed between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, weather permitting.
Motorists should be alert, slow down, watch for lane changes, and drive with caution through the work zone.
