Accessible Camping Sites

Sycamore Loop Site 91

Sycamore Loop Site 91 is a modern electric campsite with 30-amp service, a paved back-in driveway (54 feet long), and space for vehicles up to 40 feet. Domestic pets are allowed.

Reserve Camping Site 91

Sycamore Loop Site 94

Sycamore Loop Site 94 is a full-hookup campsite with 50-amp service, a paved back-in driveway (55 feet long), and room for vehicles up to 40 feet. Domestic pets are allowed.

White Pine Loop Site 108

White Pine Loop Site 108 is a full-hookup campsite with 50-amp service and a paved pull-through driveway measuring 58 feet. It accommodates vehicles up to 58 feet. Domestic pets are allowed.

Bluegill is a deluxe cottage that can accommodate up to 5 persons. Visitors need to bring: bed linens, towels, dishes, pots and pans. Domestic pets are allowed.

Schencks Grove Picnic Area, on the ridge on the south side of Marina Cove, has ADA accessible picnic tables located throughout.

Year-round accessible boating access is available along the lake north of the beach at the Winter Launch area.

An accessible fishing pier with year-round ADA access is located on the lake north of the beach at the Winter Launch area.

An ADA accessible ,1,200-foot-long sand and turf beach is open from  Memorial Day to Labor Day, open 8:00 A.M. to sunset. 

There is a cement ramp to the water.

The public can borrow fishing rods, reels, and an equipped tackle box to try fishing. Check in at the park office. 

  • A valid ID must be provided by at least one adult in the group.
  • Equipment is loaned on a first-come, first-served basis and can only be used within the park.
  • Park staff may be available to give brief instructions upon request.
  • All equipment must be returned at the agreed-upon place and by the agreed-upon time.
  • Gear will be supplied, but bring your own bait with you.
  • Those 16 years or older need to have a valid Pennsylvania Fishing License
  • Know what you can and can’t keep. All fishing regulations must be followed.

A viewfinders fit with an EnChroma color blind lens is located at the Skyline Scenic View.

The lenses are designed to enhance the color vision of those with a red-green color vision deficiency. Any park visitor can use the viewfinder to experience the colorful beauty of nature and to view foliage more vividly.

Skyline Scenic View offers ADA parking and access. Also where the .colorblind viewfinder is located.

An accessible amphitheater is located in the Sycamore Loop. ADA parking is available nearby.
