    For evaluating the lack-of-growth criterion for English learners with disabilities. Converts the 2025-26 scale score to its 2024-25 equivalent using the WIDA concordance table, then calculates growth across three test administrations.

    About this calculator. WIDA updated the ACCESS scale for 2025-26. Until WIDA completes standard setting on the new scale (summer 2026), the 2024-25 equivalent is needed to compare this year's score to prior years on a common scale. The conversion uses the WIDA-published concordance table.

    About the criterion. The lack-of-growth criterion is met when the student's scale score does not grow by more than 10 percent between any two of the past three administrations, including the total change across the three-year span. This is one of several criteria that must be met for reclassification of an English learner with a disability.
