    ILC: Innovation, Learning, and Career Education Conference

    After over 30 years as a cornerstone professional learning event for educators in career and technical education, the Innovation, Learning, and Career Education (ILC) Conference is entering a temporary hiatus beginning in 2026 as part of a strategic realignment of professional development to better meet the evolving needs of Pennsylvania’s CTE community.

    Instead, the Bureau will collaborate with the Education Resource Center at Penn State Greater Allegheny and other partners to launch a new, multi-faceted series of learning experiences targeting a variety of stakeholders in CTE and beyond.
