Uniontown, PA – PennDOT District 12 would like to inform motorists that a section of Route 4027 (Paintertown Road) is closed between Bickerstaff Road and Penn Woods Drive in North Huntingdon Township, Westmoreland County due to a sinkhole. The roadway will be closed until further notice.
A detour is in place utilizing Route 4025 (Station Street/Morris Avenue/Nike Site Road), Route 130, and Route 4027 (Penn Woods Drive).
Motorists can check conditions on major roadways by visiting www.511PA.com. 511PA, which is free and available 24 hours a day, provides traffic delay warnings, weather forecasts, traffic speed information and access to more than 1,000 traffic cameras.
