Inspection Next Week on Fisher Avenue Bridge Over I-81 in Lebanon County

Harrisburg, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that an inspection is planned next week on the Fisher Avenue (Route 4020) bridges spanning Interstate 81 at Exit 90 in Union Township, Lebanon County.

Weather permitting, a contractor will inspect the Fisher Avenue bridges over I-81 on Wednesday, October 25 and Thursday, October 26. This work will be performed each day between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM.

There will be alternating left and right lane closures on the northbound I-81 bridge on Wednesday. There will be alternating left and right lane closures on the southbound I-81 bridge on Thursday.                    
Motorists should be alert and drive with caution through the work zone.
