Montoursville, PA – Motorists are advised of lane restrictions today on Interstate 80 eastbound in Scott, South Centre and Mifflin townships, Columbia County, for roadway maintenance.
On Thursday, October 5, 2023 and Tuesday, October 10, 2023, a Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) maintenance crew will be performing shoulder cutting along Interstate 80 eastbound between mile marker 236 (Lightstreet / Route 487 Exit) and mile marker 242 (Mifflinville / Mainville / Route 339 Exit). Work will be performed between the hours of 7:00 AM and 2:00 PM, weather permitting. Motorists can expect alternating lane restrictions where work is being performed.
Motorists should be alert, slow down, expect delays in travel, and drive with caution through the work zone.
