5/21/2024 REMINDER: Work on this project is taking place today, May 21, 2024 between the hours of 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
Work will be performed on Route 147 between the Route 45 Exit in West Chillisquaque Township and the Ridge Road Exit in Point Township, Northumberland County. Motorists should expect the right (driving) lane to be restricted where work is being performed.
Montoursville, PA – Motorists are advised that a concrete joint testing project will take place on Route 147 tomorrow, Thursday, May 16, 2024, between the Route 45 Exit in West Chillisquaque Township and the Ridge Road Exit in Point Township, Northumberland County.
Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) crews will be performing the operation in the right (driving) lanes in each direction between the hours of 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM. This project is expected to take just one day, weather permitting.
Motorists can expect alternating lane restrictions and are urged to drive with caution in the area.
