Route 2025 Ankney Hill Road Slide Repair Extended in Westmoreland County

Uniontown, PA – Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) District 12 is announcing that the closure of Route 2025 (Ankney Hill Road), between Route 982 (Welty Road) and Shady Lane in Mount Pleasant Township, Westmoreland County, has been extended through early to mid-October.

Westmoreland County maintenance department slide crew is conducting slide repairs – an infrastructure improvement of $100K.

A posted detour is in place using Clay Pike Road and Route 982 (Welty Run Road).

All work depends on weather and operations.
