Wayne Richard Weaver II (Toby Bridge) Preservation Project to Begin May 13 in Clarion County

​Indiana, PA – PennDOT is announcing a resurfacing project on the Wayne Richard Weaver II Bridge (Toby Bridge) along Miola Road (Route 1005) will begin on May 13, 2024, in Clarion Borough, Clarion County.

From May 13 through the end of October, Miola Road and Firemans Road traffic will be maintained with alternating one-way traffic signals or flaggers as crews complete bridge preservation work including approaches, painting, downspout repair, overlay and various concrete repairs.

Contractor, Swank Construction Company of New Kensington, PA, will be completing this $2 million project.
