The below information is provided for attendees, including the conference fee, lodging and reservation details and how to request a special accommodation

Registration Fee

Conference registration is $250 per person and includes admission to conference workshops, exhibits, lunches, morning/afternoon breaks (on May 28-29), and dinner on May 28.

Lodging and Reservation Details

Reservations for overnight accommodations at the Hershey Lodge must be made by contacting the Lodge by May 1, 2026, at 855-729-3108.

When making your reservations via phone, advise the Lodge that you are attending the “Bureau of Workers’ Compensation Conference May 27-29, 2026” to get the conference room rate of $189, plus 11 percent tax per room, per night.

Continuing Education Credits

The following organizations will offer continuing education credits at this event. 

  • All costs for credits are in addition to the $250 conference registration. Conference registration can only be completed through the Bureau of Workers’ Compensation.  
  • Those seeking credits will need to register and pay separately for the credits with the affiliated organization.

The Penn-Ohio Chapter of IARP has partnered with the Ohio Association of Occupational Health Nurses (OAOHN) for the 25th PA Bureau of Workers’ Compensation Conference on May 28, and May 29, 2026, to provide nursing continuing education hours/credits.

This offering is pending approval by the Ohio Association of Occupational Health Nurses (OAOHN), an accredited provider of continuing nursing education by the Kansas State Board of Nursing. OAOHN uses ANCC criteria. Contact hours are determined by 60 minutes of education equals one (1) contact hour. OAOHN providers number is LT0337-0623. Nurses are eligible for up to 8.75 continuing education contact hours. Certificates of Continuing Education will be issued upon verification of participation (see details below).

Requirements:

  1. Register for the 25th Annual PA Workers' Compensation Conference.
  2. Sign-in (each day), pay or provide your Penn-Ohio Chapter of International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals (IARP) Member #, and pick up required forms at the designated Penn-Ohio Association of IARP registration table, located in the lobby outside the Chocolate Ballroom in the Hershey Lodge.
  3. Sign-in to the conference each day (at the designated table outside the Chocolate Ballroom in the lobby of the Hershey Lodge) and drop off completed evaluation forms for each session attended, and self-reported Nursing CE Contact Hours Verification form (a valid email address is required). You may attend one breakout session during each scheduled breakout session during this event.

Nursing CE contact hours for Penn-Ohio Chapter of IARP members is $50.00. Current membership # is required to receive nursing contact hours at $50.00. Non-members pay $100.00 for the nursing credits. 

If you are not a member of IARP and the Penn-Ohio Chapter of IARP, and would like to join, there is a $100.00 Introductory Membership. If you decide to join IARP and the Penn-Ohio Chapter of IARP at the 25th PA Workers’ Compensation Conference, the cost of your nursing CEs for the conference will be $50.00 vs. $100.00.  Please visit www.rehabpro.org for membership information.

In addition, the Penn-Ohio Chapter of IARP will continue to offer CEUs for rehabilitation related professionals including Certified Rehabilitation Counselors (CRC); Certified Case Managers (CCM); Certified Disability Management Specialists (CDMS) and the American Board of Vocational Experts (ABVE) for up to 8.75 CEUs in total for the day and one-half day conference.  Application for these rehab-oriented certifications is pending. There is no extra charge for receiving a CEU certificate for more than one certifying or licensing body.  The total cost, regardless of the CEU certificates, is $50 for members and $100 for non-members.

The PA Bar Institute is approved by the PA Supreme Court Continuing Legal Education Board as an accredited CLE provider.

This program is eligible for 7.5 hours of CLE credit in 60-minute states. In 50-minute states, this program is eligible for 9 hours of CLE credit. Credit hours are estimated and are subject to each state’s approval and credit rounding rules.

Faculty members may register for 1/2-price only for the day that they are speaking.
