The BDISBO Goal Setting and Small Business Reserve training video provides an overview of the programs and functions supporting small business contracting with the Commonwealth of PA administered by the Bureau of Diversity, Inclusion and Small Business Opportunities (BDISBO). The video reviews the business units and functions of the bureau, eligibility requirements for participation as a small (SB), small diverse (SDB) or veteran (VBE) business enterprise and a review of the registration portals and vendor resources.

Survey
The Department of General Services (DGS), Bureau of Diversity, Inclusion and Small Business Opportunities (BDISBO) administers the Marcellus Shale Survey to those registered unconventional gas producers listed with the Department of Environmental Protection. All responses reflect Producer efforts and subcontracting opportunities during reporting period timeframe. Act 13 requires Producers to respond to the survey within 90 days.
