Stephanie Chapman serves as the Interim Chief Counsel with the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission.
She has been with the Commission for over 25 years and has worked in a variety of areas including employment, housing, commercial property and public accommodations.
She has conducted numerous trainings on a variety of issues including Practice before the PHRC, landlord/tenant law, service/ support animals and fair housing law for groups including PBI, Office of General Counsel, Mid-Penn legal services, local fair housing groups and advisory councils.
She received her J.D. from Widener University Commonwealth Law School and her B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh.
