Carolyn M. Bohmueller, Esq.

Carolyn M. Bohmueller is a partner in the law firm of O’Brien & Ryan, LLP.  She concentrates her law practice on the defense of health care providers, hospitals and other health care facilities in medical negligence actions.  Ms. Bohmueller is a graduate of Villanova University, where she earned her bachelor's degree in economics, with a minor in French.  She earned her juris doctorate degree from Widener University School of Law, and was a member of the executive board of the Widener Law Symposium Journal law review.  During law school, Ms. Bohmueller was a legal intern for the Honorable Sandra Schultz Newman on the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania.  Following graduation, she became a staff attorney for Justice Newman on the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.  Ms. Bohmueller regularly sits as an arbitrator for the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County and is an active member of the medical malpractice “working group” with the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County.  She lectures on legal and medical topics involving litigation.  Raised predominantly in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania, Ms. Bohmueller has been a resident of Montgomery County, Pennsylvania for over 20 years.
