Temporary Boating Restrictions in Effect at Conneaut Lake, Crawford County

HARRISBURG, Pa. (May 8) – The Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission (PFBC) announced today that, effective immediately, temporary boating restrictions have been enacted at Conneaut Lake, Crawford County.

Pursuant to the authority of the PFBC’s regulations, 58 Pa. Code § 103.3(c) (relating to restrictions for special areas), boats are temporarily limited to slow, no wake speed on Conneaut Lake.  This action is necessary due to high water levels and resultant hazards that may threaten the safety of persons, property, or both.

These regulations will remain in place until further notice.
