Species Management

With responsibility for all reptiles and amphibians and game and nongame fishes, the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission works with partners to protect and conserve those resources for the Commonwealth. The agency manages the resource to ensure recreational sport opportunities while protecting fish, reptiles and amphibians, including threatened, endangered and nongame species while also working to mitigate aquatic invasive species.
