HARRISBURG, Pa. (April 28) – Tune into WITF Radio Smart Talk this morning at 9:30 a.m. to hear Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission (PFBC) Executive Director John Arway and Fisheries Biologist Josh Tryninewski discuss shad restoration in the Susquehanna River and other key issues affecting the agency.
