    HARRISBURG, Pa. (October 28) – The Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission announced today that public courtesy boat docks located within the marina basin at Walnut Creek Marina, Erie County, are being removed in preparation for winter. 

    The process of dock removal is expected to last several days, and once completed, the marina basin will be open to public fishing.

    Weather permitting, the public courtesy boat docks and rental slips at the marina are expected to be reinstalled in early May 2026.
