Chad Dion Lassiter named Diversity in Business honoree by Philadelphia Business Journal
[Philadelphia, PA], – Philadelphia Business Journal announced that Chad Dion Lassiter, MSW, executive director of the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission (PHRC) has been named a Diversity in Business honoree. The Diversity in Business awards program recognizes diverse business leaders who have demonstrated success in their respective fields and through philanthropic endeavors.
Nominees were submitted by the public and reviewed by the Business Journal's editorial board. They must identify as a majority minority, including Asian, African American, Hispanic, or Latino, Middle Eastern, or native Alaskan, Hawaiian or Pacific Islander, or as a member of the LGBTQ+ community.

Chad Dion Lassiter, MSW will be recognized at an in-person awards program on Feb. 15 and profiled in a special edition of the Business Journal on Feb. 16.
About Chad Dion Lassiter, MSW
Chad Dion Lassiter, MSW is an expert of American Race Relations and has worked on race, peace, and poverty-related issues in the U.S. and around the world. In April 2023, he was appointed by President Biden to the Presidential Advisory Commission on Advancing Educational Equity, Excellence, and Economic Opportunities for Black Americans.
Lassiter is the current executive director of the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission. He received his master's degree from the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Social Work.
