The Administrative Hearings Office receives filings, conducts hearings, and prepares adjudications in matters concerning insurance laws and regulations.

The Anti-Fraud Compliance Division works to ensure licensed entities comply with state and federal regulations aimed at increasing the detection, investigation, and prevention of insurance fraud in Pennsylvania.

The Catastrophic Loss Benefits Continuation Fund (CAT Fund) continues benefits for medical treatment and rehabilitative services previously provided by the Catastrophic Loss Trust Fund.

The Office of Press and Communications coordinates the public information program through the preparation of news releases, speeches, printed materials, and digital communications. The office also coordinates the speaking engagements of department staff.

The Office of Product Regulation is responsible for reviewing and regulating insurance rates charged and policy forms sold in Pennsylvania for accident and health, life, and property and casualty insurance.

The Underground Storage Tank Indemnification Fund (USTIF) provides for a cleaner Commonwealth by administering a fiscally responsible program to reimburse eligible participants for reasonable and necessary expenses incurred from releases into the environment.

The Workers' Compensation Security Fund (WCSF) serves as a guaranty fund to provide workers' compensation claim payments when the insurance company originally providing coverage is placed into liquidation.
