Kilbuck Access in Allegheny County to be Closed Temporarily for Improvements

HARRISBURG, Pa. (September 2) –The Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission (PFBC) announced today that the Kilbuck Access, which provides fishing and boating access to the Ohio River in Kilbuck Township, Allegheny County, will be temporarily closed from September 8-10, 2025.

During this time, a new boat ramp will be constructed.

While work is being completed at the Kilbuck Access, anglers and boaters should plan accordingly to find alternate access to the Ohio River by using the PFBC's New Brighton Access downstream or other local access points.

The PFBC thanks the public for their patience and understanding as this improvement is completed.
