    What is a Coverage Area?

    Each plan available in 2026 had a unique footprint. To enroll in a specific plan, you must have been a resident of a covered county.

    Important note: These maps only apply to purchasing a plan. They do NOT show limits on your health care coverage or provider network.

    *Counties in purple mean the plan was available in 2025 and will also be available in 2026. Counties in light blue mean the plan is newly available for the upcoming 2026 plan year.
